Here are some of the original comics that started it all. Once there were more, but unfortunatly we lost many of the true originals and what is here is all we could find. We're working on finding more, but it doesn't look very hopeful. Beneith that is Be'elzebub's poem that describes the back story of Bean.
Out in the state of Georgia, there is a simple farm, (You can plainly tell)
and the person who owns it is good old farmer Joe Blowdell.
Now Joe is a righteous guy who grows his plants with loving care.
His farm covers many acres, and he grows plenty a crop there.
One day a doctor named Ish Von Shtinky Shveek kindly intervened
and told Joe he had a concoction that could make his crops grow larger, or
his money redeemed.
So Joe accepted this strange formula, which was smokey and green and seemed
quite grand,
and went out on his bi-plane and spread it across the land.
When Joe looked back, to his suprise, his crops began to move.
The plants walked and ran an jumped and played and even started to groove!
They all fled, and Joe and the Doc cried "Wait!", but with no avail.
But left behind were the little beans, and thus begins the tale...
