Raydon City

Location: Raydon

Quite possibly the most advanced city on the face of the planet, Raydon city is located in the middle of a deep rain forest. But instead of having had land cleared, it was suspended above the forest by massive columns (disgused to look like trees) and to this day causes absolutly no harm to the forest below it. The large central platform carries the bulk of the city, a sprawling metropolis accentuated by many openings through which the tops of canopy trees protrude. In it's center lies the main business and government district, which features towering skyscrapers and layers of suspended roadways and train tracks. Surrounding the main platform are eight smaller residential platforms, capable of supporting life of all kinds in its suburban setup. To most, Raydon is a modern testament to human acheivement through its ability to provide a paradise for humans and co-exist with its sourrounding natural environment at the same time. Indeed, no greater step towards a better society has been made since.

Elminaros City

Location: Elminaros

The capital of a country just north of Raydon, and often considered Raydon City's "older sister" city. Renowned worldwide as a bastion of knowledge and learning, Elminaros City has been standing in the expansive plains of Elminaros for past untold centuries. As such, it carries a rich and deep history that is apparent in every one of it's ancient buildings, especially the Locksley Palace of Knowledge, which houses the greatest library known to man, and provides the perfect environment for those seeking peace and quite in which to focus and hone one's mental abilites, ranging from intelligence to psionics. In fact, the city is often considered the center of all psionic studies in the world, moreso than any of the rest of its vast repertoire of diciplines, which are still nothing to sneeze at.

Mars

Ever since its terraforming (and despite the discovery of the Demonites), people have lived on Mars for a little over a century. But even though it's populated by many people, you'll be hard-pressed to find a single trace of any sort of nation, city, town, village... indeed, any permanent human settlement at all. In fact, the enire population of Mars consists of roving caravans that never stay in one place for very long. Nobody is quite sure how it ended up this way, but some credit it to the "wandering spirit of Mars," as anyone born on Mars is taken by an insatiable wanderlust and is incapable of staying in one place for very long without practically going mad... at least, that's what most people say. Ask a Martian why they always travel, and their answer generally boils down to "why not?" Though certainly a baffling case of sociology, it's an undeniable fact that Martians have always lived that way, and always will.
