Alright, here I am, finally. I'm working on something just outside of the spawn area, just to get started. There's an interesting rock formation that I'd like to turn into somethng. As far as a town goes, I guess if we find a good area to build one we can try something like that. |

Would definitely be awesome to build a good fortified town somewhere, with an adjacent castle. I'm still learning Minecraft myself, but I'll do what I can when I can, hehe. |

So. I think I've decided that the thing I'm most interested in is working on the server's overall infrastructure and transport network. I just completed a path through the Nether that connects two different areas, and I'd just love to create more connections. So if anybody wants to put a portal to hell somewhere in their home, let me know and I'll work on creating reliable connections. I suggest if you do make a portal to put it somewhere underground away from everything else for two reasons: a) once jaibyrd switches off peaceful mode, I think there's a chance that portals can actually allow Ghasts into the normal world. We do NOT want those things floating around in the open. b) portals keep making weird noises that can get annoying to listen to if you have the portal close to other parts of your house/base. |

I believe I will be starting a city inside of a mountain range I found earlier that has a ton of waterfalls - so waterfall city! I will post a pic of a map later with all the relevant points edited into it so you can see what's around the spawn house (which is something I need to redesign apparently due to spawn chunk issues... |

Okay, posted the Spawn Map I've made around the Spawn area, so one can see where everyone's places are as well as the Cliff City I have started. Also I have linked the Cliff City to Darlos's portal network, so it's much easier to get to if you don't want to walk for ever and ever. Thus, come on down and help me build this City where we can all live and defend when I turn on the monsters come July 1st... Server News: Apparently we are getting moved to a new server soon, so the server address may change soon, keep an eye on this thread as when I know I will update the first post in this thread! Party on all and let's use this thread more to coordinate!!
