Okay for those of you who don't know what MST3K stands for, it's Mystery Science Theater 3000 a show that aired originally on Comedy Central then on the Sci-Fi Channel. Now you can get the majority of the epsiodes on VHS and DVD...

I believe the show's intro song explains everything:

Thus Joel, Crow and Tom Servo watch crappy movies and comletely make fun of them with hillarious results - a must see show for everyone!

I just watched Gamera from the MST3K vs Gamera box set. A good episode that I have seen many times before. But I haven't watched this on in awhile the copy itself was great and looked really good. No skips, blips or blemishes. The most pleasant surprise was then the "Turn down your lights...where applicable" was flashed before the opening song. If I remember correctly that hasn't appeared before or at least in many before this. The Bonus feature So Happy Together: A Look Back At MST3K & Gamera was real enjoyable. It was a bit amazed how everyone has aged. Then I realized that I was just a young pup of 30 when I first discovered the show back in 1991. Now I am 50 and have well aged.. LOL The MST Hour Wraps always good and really show the talent that is Micheal J. Nelson. The Original Japanese Trailer was well in Japanese and in Black and White. A bunch of people running around, yelling and kanji writing. Looking forward to more adventures of Gamer in the coming week.

I love Rifftrax, it made the Twilight series not only bearable, but hysterical! I also went to one of their live events and that was just as gut wrenchingly funny. I plan on hopefully going to a Cinematic Titanic show in March, but I bet they're just as funny!
