What is a power level?

A "power level" is a number you are assigned when your character is approved that lets you know how powerful your character is in relation to everyone else in the RPG. The reason we came up with this system is because we got sick ad tired of players coming in and thinking they were "all powerful" and could never get hurt when in a fight (also known as "God-Modding" and "Ubbering" in other RPGs). Thus, to combat that stupidity, we came with the following Rating System. Remember, only a Storyteller can assign you a powerlevel!
